The interior construction was well put together however parts of the golden wallpaper looked scratched probably due to the age of it. Maybe it comes to be that the dishes ordered were not of their speciality as the taste of the regular dumplings felt a little overdue and not the freshest. The noodle soup was good but tad bit on the numbier side as they drowned the bok choy in numb oil (sat for too long). Beef noodles were a little bit oily otherwise the beef wraps were one of the best I had ever had.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been coming to Four Sisters Special Noodle for years, and the Stir-Fried Beef Dry Noodles and Zhajiang Noodles are hands down my favorite dishes. I used to drive to the Fremont location all the time, so I’m thrilled they finally opened one in Newark—it’s much closer to my home now! The pan-fried buns are crispy on the bottom and juicy inside, and the soup dumplings are always delicious too. Everything is consistently tasty, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly. So happy to have this place in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

They have the best spicy beef noodle soup in town! We come here almost every month because the food is consistently delicious. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. It’s one of our favorite places, and we highly recommend it!

I had an amazing dining experience here. The noodles have the perfect texture, and the broth/sauce is incredibly flavorful. Their side dishes and snacks are also a must-try—dishes you just can't skip. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely be back regularly!

Really enjoyed this spot! The thumb-sized pan-fried buns were super cute and packed with juicy flavor. The crispy bottom had that perfect golden crunch, and the soup inside was delicious without being too greasy. The ice flower potstickers were definitely a highlight -- beautifully presented with a thin, crispy lace that made every bite extra satisfying. Crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside. Also loved the stone pot rice noodles. Served piping hot, the broth was rich and comforting, and the noodles had a great texture. Perfect for a cozy meal.
